Providing our customers with great customer service is always a priority. Over the past few months, the demand for our products has far exceeded our expectations. In an effort to prevent backlog we have made some staffing adjustments to increase production capabilities.
While production remains strong our administrative staffing has been effected. As such for the time being, we ask that customer service inquires be made using the form on this page.
Most all inquires sent from this page are answered the same day. Although hold times may be longer then we would like and some calls be transfered to voicemail. As corny as it sounds, your call truly is important to us. If you feel that a phone call is necessary we are still happy to accommodate you. We always respond to all calls and messages.
