TerraKoat EXT Commercial Grade Stabilizer is designed specifically for projects needing added support for heavy vehicle traffic such as fire trucks or earth moving equipment. TerraKoat EXT offers full commercial vehicle support. It is a great alternative to traditional paving materials such as asphalt or concrete. When mixed into Decomposed Granite and compacted, TerraKoat EXT allows you to create a natural ADA compliant paving system that is durable, cost effective, earth friendly and looks great as well. Stabilizing with Earth Friendly TerraKoat EXT  gives you a strong reinforced heavy load bearing surface that resists surface erosion. Coverage is 10 square feet per gallon and is designed for locations  getting heavier use. 
Coverage is based on a 2" compacted depth.  Customers picking up their orders have their choice between TerraKoat EXT "Ready To Use" and TerraKoat EXT "Concentrate"  Orders being shipped or delivered locally will receive TerraKoat EXT "Concentrate". Same great product but easier to handle and store during installation. Just add 4 parts water before use!
